Below are documents which outline the Heathmont Baseball Club (the Club) strategic plans, the committee/board structure and roles, and the policy and procedures which govern our operations. By establishing strategic plans and the supporting committee/board structure, we aim to ensure successful, responsible and sustainable management of the Club operations. By establishing clear and consistent policies, we aim to ensure transparency, fairness, responsibility and
accountability in all aspects of our management and participation.
We encourage all members and involved parties to read and familiarize themselves with these policies as they are essential for the successful and sustainable operation of the club and the environment with which we operate and participate. These documents will be reviewed and updated periodically as any changing circumstances or priorities require.
